Academy of Masonic Knowledge 

PRIVACY POLICY 

It is the Academy of Masonic Knowledge’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites. 

Website Visitors 

Like most website operators, the Academy of Masonic Knowledge collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. The Academy of Masonic Knowledge’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how the Academy of Masonic Knowledge’s visitors use its website. From time to time, the Academy of Masonic Knowledge may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.

Business Transfers 

If the Academy of Masonic Knowledge, or substantially all of its assets were acquired, or in the unlikely event that the Academy of Masonic Knowledge goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of the Academy of Masonic Knowledge may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy. 

Privacy Policy Changes 

Although most changes are likely to be minor, the Academy of Masonic Knowledge may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and at the Academy of Masonic Knowledge’s sole discretion. The Academy of Masonic Knowledge encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Privacy Policy. Your continued use of this site after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.

We are required to provide you with a copy of the Notice of Privacy Practices at admissions. You can also request a copy of the Notice of Privacy Practices, by contacting our Chief Compliance Officer. You have the right to request a paper copy of the Notice of Privacy Practices, if you have previously agreed to receive the Notice of Privacy Practices electronically. 

We reserve the right to change or revise the terms of the Notice of Privacy Practices at any time. We will post the most recent copy of the Notice of Privacy Practices on pertinent bulletin boards and our website https://pamasonicacademy.org.
